We offer three models: Growth Ops Retainers (flat monthly fee for ongoing work), Performance-Based (base + variable per qualified meeting for outbound), and Infrastructure Projects (one-time fee for building specific systems).
Setup fees cover tool implementation (Clay, CRM, outbound platforms), integration configuration, DNS infrastructure for deliverability, custom workflow development, and initial strategy. You own all infrastructure we build—no vendor lock-in.
After an initial 3-month implementation period — needed for proper setup and optimization cycles — we move to month-to-month with 30-day notice. No long-term lock-in.
Every package can be scoped individually. Book a discovery call and we'll build a custom proposal.
Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. Setup fees are 50% upfront, 50% at completion. We accept ACH, wire, and major credit cards.
